Time Warner Complaint - Time Warner Service is terrible
FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS -- We have had Time Warner Cable and Internet service since they bought out Comcast in our area. The service is outrageously bad...it goes out more than once or twice every single day, usually for about 2 minutes at a time but recently, it has been going out more often and for longer periods of time. They make it very difficult to complain to the company online, assuming you can be online long enough to file a complaint and on the phone, they give you very few options and you can never get a supervisor or answers. Today is a football Sunday and it has gone out over 12 times for 2 to 35 minutes at a time.
That is TV Cable and Internet. They absolutely do not care. They are good at billing but do not deliver the paid for service. We should be thankful they are not our electricity/utility provider.
