Microforce as seen on tv Complaint - Robbed - cordless shavers
WAYNE, NEW JERSEY -- I ordered a cordless shaver (as seen on TV) by microforce. I accidentally hit upgrade to 2 and couldn't fix the order on line. The website does not allow. I called the company immediately they said I would have to wait 24-48 hours for the order to update to their system. I called back the next day and it was "too late" the order shipped. I received the items which I only wanted one and it did not work well at all. I called up and requested a return authorization and immediately the representative told me I could keep them and she would credit me $10.00 I said no thank you.
I paid $69.92 for both which are $10.00 each and 5.99 shipping and handling. I went to Post Office returned items with insurance and tracking for under 6.00 I checked my credit card and was refunded 35.98 I called up and was told that the 33.94 was shipping and handling. SHAME ON YOU MICROFORCE. I should have caught on when I tried to cancel one item.
I will never ever order another product from this company! EVER... SO BEWARE CONSUMERS THEY RIP YOU OFF.....
