Global Readers Club Complaint - Bad, unpolite, and unfriendly service
SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- I have been a member in Global Readers Club since February 1999. I paid $766.92 (full payment) for 5 years membership. This membership provides me magazines for the full 60 months.
Last 2 weeks, I got many telephone calls from Global Readers Club around 6:00am - 7:00am about I still owed money for membership. I told Global Readers Club that I have paid all payment since August 1999 and I told Global Readers Club sent me the statement about what I owed and what I paid, but Global Readers Club's representative persons refused and only asked me to give them my credit card number and expired date.
I refused to give my credit card number and expired, so they harass me about I got the magazines and I did not want to pay and they threaten me about they will ruin my credit.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want the company write a apology letter about what happen and it will not happen again and tell thier employees be polite.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
