July 2010 I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator, starting late July/early August the ice maker stopped working properly. Since then I have called Whirlpool numerous times, and am still having problems. They have sent two different companies, 4 different times to look at it. Today they are sending someone out for the 5th time. Needless to say I am a very dissatisfied customer and will never again purchase another Whirlpool product. I went and bought a brand new refrigerator with a defective part and Whirlpool has still not remedied the problem (whether it be fix the ice maker or replace the refrigerator). They are not a company I want to do business with and I would not recommend them to anyone else!
