BRONX NY, NEW YORK -- I sent an order October 19 to Frank Bee Enterprise, but I cancelled it because of shipping costs. I received no answer in spite of three emails. So I have a charge in my card, but no package, no order feedback, no refund, no money. I demand at least an answer and a refund. It is difficult to understand that irreponsibility from a promoted company. Calvin Reubell
