Tony Rizza Cadillac Buick Hummer Saab Complaint - General Manager
TINLEY PARK, ILLINOIS -- I was on the internet looking for a Cadillac. I found one at Tony Rizza in checking they sent me a message stating they were interested in my Mercedes Benz C 300. The Cadillac on internet was $23670 with Certification. I took my Mercedes in and they gave me 19,000 for my vehicle. It was my fought that I didn't pay atention to the general manager who sold me the vehiclefor $24670. When I got home I looked up the internet price that stated $23,670 for the 2008 CTS with same miles, same vin number and with certification. I called the sales man and was told that they had not taken the CTS off the internet and that I should get it for the price that was on the internet. When I called I told them to send me the paper work for the internt price since I couldn't make it that week. I received a call from the general manager who was screaming at me telling me that I was going behind his back talking to other peope at the dealer ship. I told him that I had spoken to the sales man and he stated that I would get the price that was on the internet. The general manager told me that he makes the decisions and not the sales man, the sales man is nothing in this company. The general manager stated I told you that the vehicle on the internet is not certified, I told him that the sales man told me it was and that I would send a copy stating that. The general manager tld me that I didn't have to send anything because the vehicle was not certified. I thought the people come first. I didn't get respect from this man and I will tell other people how I was treated by this man who continue to yell and raise his voice. I'm a 55 year old man, if I had a temper lik him I would have lost my job a long time ago, when you work with the public your supposed to give the the best deal that they ask for. I guess he must be part owner of the company. When a person tells a buyer that the sales man that he bought the vehicle from has no pull then he must have a problem.
