Home National Bank Complaint - No supervisor on duty
PONCA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- My wife banked with Home National for five years. We got married about a year ago and we all know it is hard to survive the first year. Well out of no where some of our money disappeared. No bid deal we are used to getting ripped off by companies. So we just let it slide. Well were $40 dollars under for a month. So the bank decided that they would close our acct without permission. My wife is in the Army and was expecting her bonus check. They said if we paid the amount we could open a new acct but we need the old bank acct info because it was direct deposit. They would not let us do that.
They also make five dollars a day when your acct is overdrawn. They made over $2000 dollars last year from us for that fact alone. If they were smart they would have let us stay there and they would have made more money.
I called to get it cleared up and a guy said he did not care if he would continued to bank there or not. I got his supervisor and he said I will call you back. He never did. So I went in and no one could tell me who there boss was. I talked to there customer service lady and she was more rude than the other people. They gave us the money they owed us. Then we went to the store and I realized they gave us the wrong amount. They shorted us. I went in and the lady at the counter who was in charge got real rude with me when it was there fault. The whole time there no one apologized. Then when I aked to talk to a manager again not one of them could give me a manager that was there. Needless to say if you live in Northern Ok, I encourage you to bank somewhere else. We went to Bank of America and we got $65 dollars for opening an acct. I am already impressed with them.
Oh ya and Home National bank also does not have a place to complain on there website. How do you make your company better when you do not accept feedback from your customers.
