I was skeptical at first due to all the neg reviews but still decided on SS from Pittsburgh Airport to my hotel, and then back to the Airport. I just wanted to say, the two drivers were pleasant, they were nice, considerate and overall very professional. I only waited 5 minutes at the airport for the shuttle, dropped us off at the hotel in a decent amount of time even with a issue on blocked roads due to a tree lighting ceremony. On the trip back, I received a call to let me know the time frame to wait for the shuttle the next day, I got a call on that day again to let me know the time and then I got a call to let me know they would be there in 15 minutes. So there was no need for me to wonder where or what time they would be there. Overall great Experience!

Thanks, Seand71. This will be a useful alternative to a cab when we fly. I notice that their fare is cheaper and they can drop off/pick up us at home, too.
