Delivery Error, Unsatisfactory Remedy - Complaint
OLD SAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- A Thanksgiving centerpiece ordered 11/17/10 to be delivered 11/24/10 was actually delivered on the 17th. Had to convince the Cust Serv representative the next day that a replacement delivery was warranted on 11/24. She finally agreed, but it didn't happen. Many apologies, blaming the local florist's computer system, can't get a delivery until Friday (yep, the day AFTER Thanksgiving). When I complained, the representative offered a refund of my $15 service fee. Unacceptable. Then he offered 50% off. I demanded a full refund, AND delivery as soon as possible. Nope, they couldn't (wouldn't) do it.
I cancelled the entire order, and apologized profusely to my out of town friends that their Thanksgiving table would be naked. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Why didn't you just go to a local florist in the first place?

i think you are being a bit dramatic. since you did get flowers i dont believe you should get a full refund. honestly having a table with family and friends are better than any flower arrangement

I don't have room on my table for a flower arrangement. I guess the turkey is the centerpiece.

If I ordered flowers for 11/24, I expect them on 11/24. Getting them a week early is USELESS. I would also expect a full refund. OP, asking for a full refund AND a re-delivery is a bit much though.
