I am not sure what customer service means to Beau-Coup but it certainly doesn't mean to listen or please the customer.

I put in an order; the order was accepted with a 3 day delivery date. Money was accepted; Order number was given, and oh please prints your receipt. DONE! I work a full time job and I am pretty busy...I don't have a lot of time to read personal email. When I did, a day later, I see that Mary Rose has decided to HOLD the order because the product will not make it on time for the event date. (I had hit the wrong key.. fat fingers) However, the order accepted it, they took my money but Mary Rose thought better. She stated that if I didn't pay an up charge they would not ship the product. I returned the email saying I had moved the date and to proceed with the shipping, as agreed. There were many emails back and forth. The essence was that she was going to protect me from myself. Gee, thanks, but no thanks, Mary Rose. Please ship as agreed. Up until now, Mary Rose never phoned me which I thought was interesting because you cannot place an order without a phone number. Long story short, Mary Rose and her manager, Amy, then decided to graciously ship the product the day before the event. (Now, do you really think I waited until the day before to come up with an alternate plan?) I can only deduct that they realized how unprofessional the Customer Service was but also the Management. Amy also stated that the product had already shipped, which was a lie. She said if I received it I should keep it at no cost to me...HA, how generous since you billed me on the day I ordered it 4 days ago along with the shipping charge of $22.00 for a product that I have not even received. I don't know how to thank you! Really! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

By the way, this might have been a heavenly intervention of sorts, I found the same darling soaps at a local store for the same price. No shipping, no hassle, NO MARY ROSE, NO AMY!

id be pretty aggravated too if they charged me extra after telling them no.
