Car Rental - Complaint
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- Rented a Ford Expedition for a Thanksgiving trip. Got to the counter to pick it up and was told my Explorer was in slot 48. Asked about the Expedition and was told that they do not carry the vehicle in the fleet. Stated that "we can rent a similar" vehicle. Don't know about you, but these are not similar vehicles. Asked why they would even list an Expedition at that location, but the only answer was "it is a similar vehicle"

From their website, it looks like their definition of similar is any full sized SUV that can fit 7 passengers and 4 pices of luggage.
