Wal-Mart Complaint - Walmart Management - Associates Treatment
SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA -- When applying for a job at Wal-mart is a trick, they hire and interview for a job you applied for and they work you in every department but don't pay you enough. Csm are door greeters, cashier, janitors, money center, and returns. Majority of the time never get their last break especially when your all way schedule alone 2-11 management won't help the only time they come and help when a customers complain or home office shows up. Management having relations with associates, they work you hard and don't get paid enough. Prejudice too. Their way or the high way very unorganized rude to associates. Someone need to start investigating, we are human and American this is not right.
They make a lot of money but associates don't get what they deserves. Company policy is a joke management follows what they think is right everything else is a joke, management are a joke too, they so stupid about anything can't fix schedules, never have enough associates working.
The open door policy is not true. Walmart needs the union so associates are taking care off, and they retaliate when you make complaines.. Its the managements are the problems and lp are a joke too, Walmart we are in America ...
