BillMeLater Complaint - Turn Them In To BBB - Bill Me Later - Online Purchases

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Over 8 months ago I made an online purchase and used bill me later and when the items arrive we had an agreement with the hardware store to only take 1/2 of the items they came in a case of 12. we paid at the store for 6 cans and the store returned the unused portion for us. we are still being BADGERED with BILL ME LATER in the amount of 210.45 to pay for the entire order. I have mailed receipts letters and wasted time on the phone with the BOZOS from BILL ME LATER who couldn't be more dishonest THEY MUST BE TURNED INTO THE BBB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be prepared to call your attorney if you use this idiot website thet are the worst people to ever want to deal with .

Sorry you are having so much trouble, but the BBB will not do anything for you. They do not try to recoup money or solve issues for anyone. The best they will do, is take your complaint, contact this company, but the company is not under any obligation to answer them. The BBB will not persue it any further. The BBB is a private entity, not a government agency, and their only goal is to make money, by having companies and business's buy yearly memberships, in order to obtain their little BBB membership sticker, that they place in the front window of their establishments.

Thanks for warning others about your experience with Bill me Later. Forget the attorney, try to dispute the charge on with your credit card company, and if that does nothing, you may want to consider small claims court.
