AAA Complaint - We are in trouble don't have time to chat
First off I will say the tow truck drivers are incredibly helpful and god bless them. The people who work in the call center...not so much. The last 4 times I've called for help, I have encountered problems with agents. Its bad enough you are having a crisis but then to have the lady take 15 minutes to locate you on the map, even with an exact address, while you are freezing in your car in the middle of the road at night, only to find out she was looking in the wrong city?! The second time same thing the woman could not find my location with an exact address wasting about 20 minutes while I sat in the cold. Then proceeded to ask me a million other questions. Just send someone please, I'll field all your questions when I am safe and warm...and please learn how to read a map. P.S. why are the cali, Utah, Nevada agents total dicks? The Oregon agents sound like I am talking to my mom, and then they switch me over because my number is still Oregon. I think I am just going to add the extra coverage on my insurance....AAA is becoming a hassle.
