Sears Complaint - SEARS-4-MY-HOME
I purchase a Sears-4-my-Home contract that covers my gas boiler. On November 25th my Boiler did not fire up and I was out of heat. I call your service department and was told that no one was working that day as such they could not repair my problem that day. I was subsequently given an appointment for Friday November 26th between the hours of 8am to 12:00pm. The technician did not show up until 3:00pm. He repaired my boiler and left. The next day my boiler failed to work. I called Sears again and was told that, because this was Saturday, they were unable to send someone to my home until Monday. So I was schedule an appointment for Monday November 29th between 10am and 2:00pm. I would like to point out that I live in a temperate part of the country where it can get very cold. The purpose of purchasing this maintenance contract is to receive service in a timely fashion. I do not consider sending a service technician 2 days later (especially in the winter) supplying service in a timely fashion. Frankly, I am a very dissatisfied customer. At this point I do not think I would recommend you service to my relatives, friends and colleagues.
