Sparkletts Complaint - Beware Sparkletts Fees

I cancelled my Sparkletts account in September after paying account in full. A Sparkletts Rep never picked up the cooler or bottles. I received a note in November indicating my account was "severely" past due in November. The invoice included cooler rent, bottle charges, late fees and a $35 refurbish fee on the cooler. The fee was never presented by the represntative. The CSR offered to eliminate the late fee if I paid all past due fees on the phone. I strongly recommend avoiding Sparkletts.
