Ashley Furniture Complaint - Don't buy here, read reviews first
I'm so disappointed with the quality of the furniture and the customer service, I purchase a sectional and paid for next day delivery and they never showed for delivery, to be short in this I had to go get it by myself 3 days later, and then I found that my sofa was defective, the frame was broken and now I'm stuck with a sofa that I can't use for the next 3 weeks until the next available "technician" can come and see the damage.
The stores can't get returns so don't get foolish by the sales person trying to get a commission.
