Cable, Phone - Complaint
PO BOX 11816, NEW JERSEY -- Rcn has terrible customer service. The management is just as rude as the customer service people that answer the phone..They don't send out bills, they're website is not user friendly neither are the people that work there.
I think they specialize in inconvenience, and frustration. They take advantage of the buildings where they have a contracts (Condo).
They feel they don't have to be polite or speak with respect. Terrible company run far away from them!!!
