Apple Valley Back Complaint - Non-payment for services rendered

APPLE VALLEY, MINNESOTA -- My husband and I sell medical and dental software. One of the services we render is electronic claim filing. Before setting a provider up to file his claims electronically, they are aware of the fees involved. This provider has repeatedly failed to pay us for these services. We contacted the BBB in his area of Minnesota, but we have never heard from them. We had to mail all of our documented proof, which we did. There is no phone # or email to contact the MN BBB.
