e-Trust Anti virus Internet servive Complaint - e-Trust anti virus computer product

Protecting one's computer from virus and span is vital in protecting the proper functioning of one's computer. I HAD subscribed to the e-Trust anti virus protection servive for a year but discontined because I could not communciate with anyone within their so called "service" department. I had a problem trying to figure out how to renew my subscription (can you believe it)?All I wanted to do was to renew my annual protection but their instruction were so complicated I contacted them twice (via their e-mail address)but never got a reply. Them I called them (another problem) and went through a myriad of options to get to a customer service rep. who said he would have someone else get abck to me. Guess what? No on ever did.These people do not know what the word SERVICE means. This company has some real serious management problems. One hears about companies failing, well, this one is "an accident waiting to happen." Obviously I signed up with another anti virus program to protect my computer and, so far, am pleased.
