United Parcel Service Complaint - Terrible Customer Service
I received a InfoNotice saying 1st attempt and that my package required a signature and it was written in to "See Back". So I flipped over the notice, read it over, and signed it. I then put it on the door for the package to be left. I come home the next day and there is no package and no notice. The day after that I come back to a final delivery attempt notice. I called UPS immediately and they said that it was already loaded into the truck to return to shipper. I explained that the package wasn't left the first time around, and I didn't get a second notice. They said they were sorry and that I could call the 1-800 number and get it intercepted. So I call in and they said no I can't intercept it, but the shipper can. The customer service representative said that they could not do anything about it because 3 delivery attempts were made and because that is what it says in the system then that is what actually happened. I spoke to 2 different supervisors who then said that not even the shipper could put an intercept on it at this point and then I asked what they could do and they said "At this point nothing". Exact words.
