Question on product of Rotel modifications - Complaint
I have been seller and buyer on Ebay since 2000. I have 100% possitive feedback. I was going to purchase a Rotel processor with HDMI 1069. I had asked a simple question that most buyers would do. I had asked if this Rotel processor was quaranteed to be HDMI. He responds "Beats us----we don't know how to read either." Then I responded and said "Excuse me? So you do not know if this HDMI quailfied? Then I he responded back and says "Why don't you try something new, like READING the listing. Then I responded "You are right, description does say all new update software to HDMI
and etc. Impressive for a RSP-1069 having all those new
features....really nice to have the factory upgrades on this model...
I will watch for more upcoming auctions... Thank you for your help. He than came back with a shocking behavior I had ever seen from supposely a top seller with 100% feedback, which makes me really wonder the real truth
he responds this ""You are right, description does say all new update software to HDMI..." ???? Are you SERIOUS????????? Whom do you think WROTE the description???? And are you always SO inconsiderate of a seller's efforts that you DON'T read listings. But, never mind.........eBay has PERMANENTLY BLOCKED you fromEVER bidding on our items. Further, you've been reported to eBay' Trust & Safety for continuing to harass us with your emails. And, if you continue, you'll be visited by a Commonwealth Trooper who WILL arrest you for harassment."
Well this truly is a very bizzare behavior for simple questions being asked. The truth I am a novice in these Rotel products and just wanted to confirm that I am not misunderstanding the descriptions. I felt threaten and very much harassed by this eBay seller. This was a very bad experience and had noticed this was not the first time nor it will be the last he will pull this kind of threat to someone else. He should be banned from Ebay or anger management should be addressed here. Thank you for your time and listening....Happy Holidays to All

see, this is the cool thing about a free market - you are free to choose not to do business with this seller based on this attitude. People are free to conduct themselves and their business however they see fit as long as it does not physically endanger their consumers. If he chooses to be an azz, custoners can chooe to not patronize his business.

How is your asking a question harrassment? I think after the first smart@$$ email from that jerk I would have told him to stick it. Why would he come back after you thanked him with that kind of response? Either he is seriously nuts or something is missing...
