Target Complaint - Ship my product already!
My mother ordered a Travel System (Stroller) for me back in early October. I am due to have my baby in a couple of weeks (Dec. 13th) She has been receiving emails that keep extending the ship date. She finally reached someone at Target and was going to cancel the order and just pick it up at another one of their stores but was told that it could not be canceled because it had already been shipped. However, now 4 days later she just received another email extending the ship time another two weeks!!! This is ridiculous, because now we will have to go and buy one and then return the one that may eventually arrive! Such and inconvenience that could have been avoided when she attempted to cancel in the first place!
