I ordered a simple Weber Grill cover from this place on 10-18-2010.It never stated it was not in stock. At 10:30AM they sent me an email stating that it is on back order, and would take an additional 7-10 days. Well after many emails to the service department, I received no status when it would come. Well, Lo and Behold I get an email on 11-28-2010 stating they were preparing to ship. I just received my cover today 12-2-2010. This is a whopping 46 days to get here. Not acceptable at all. I would rate this a "0" on a 1-10 rating. Do Not order anything, or you might get it in Feb. 2011. I will not allow the company to respond to this complaint, because it is a waste of time dealing with the service dept. They must use "Rose Colored Glasses" Nuff Said
