Carpet Direct Complaint - CARPET DIRECT does not know what service is!!

I was given a delivery date for my carpet, but the carpet didn't even make it on the truck. The company didn't bother to communicate this, and just let me wait, anticipating it's arrival in two weeks. So, they said, wer'e sorry give us another chance to get it to you. But the same think happened again! Now I have lost more than a month's time, and I have a house inspection at risk due to Carpet Direct's error.
And after all this, all the managers and directors can say is "I am sorry. We'll give ytou your money back" What an insult. Do they know anything about customer service? And standing behind their company? NO!
The independent agent who came to my home was wonderful, in trying to mitigate the company's HUGE errors. But the company itself is a joke!
