DirecTV Inc Complaint - Don't get Direct TV - Bad Customer Service
After 4 hours of being transferred and disconnected I cancelled my oder that I placed. You can never talk to the same person you were just disconnected with. You will spend a lot of time on hold with music that needs to be tune to a station that is not breaking up. You have to repeat your request to ever person because there is no communication between departments. They offer services and set up installations that they can not provide. Every person you talk with wants your social security number to run a credit check doesn't the computer show that the first person already ran that credit check the next 10 people don't need to run it too. By the time you actually get your service you will have talked with 5 different people and given out your social security number to them all and then you will get to the installation department and get even more run around by this time it should be clear to cancel before you are locked in to 24 months of bad customer service with call center all over the world and not one of them thinks to communicate with each other or take notes on your account so you do not need to keep repeating yourself.
Simply don't get Direct TV if you have to get satellite TV get Dish they at least have better customer service.
