British Airways Complaint - British airways bad customer service
Dear British Airways,
My wife flew your airline to Singapore three days ago, and has not yet received the bag that she checked onto the flight...the bag that she had her medication in. For the past three days she has been stuck in her hotel room, in severe discomfort because of this lack of medication. She had to force herself out of the room to buy, with money out of her own pocket, a suit for the meeting she was there for. When we contact your "customer service," all she is offered is ₤37/day. While I understand you want to limit your liability, this treatment is inhumane. Rest assured we will not be flying British Airways again, and this message will be posted as far and wide as I can get it.
