Payless car rental Complaint - PAYLESS really means PAYMORE do not use this rental car

CALIFORNIA -- One of their employees stoled my ipod front inside of a bag that was in the passenger front seat of the car I was returning in your location of 734 E San Bruno close to SFO airport. When they came with the bag there was not there anymore.
I only ask for a form of complaint no more than that and the manager there Jennifer Linsley who first refuse to give her name and ask me to leave the office in such rude, incompetent and racist manager I ever saw.
I never raise my voice, not even lost my temper as the other employees witness, she just did not want to give the complaint form, to later admit she did not have it.
She needs urgent customer service training, at the end it not was just PAY MORE rather than PAY LESS, I was robbed, lost my plane and treated by a racist who probably believe I was not as an educated enough to know what to say to her.

Its your responsibility to be sure you take everythign out of the car before you return it. I would have never left my personal belongings in there before returning the car.
