I called to activate a new Tivo box I purchased at Best Buy. They said it would be $19.95 a month for a year! I've been a customer for over 5 years. This inflated rate is ridiculous! I'm returning the box to BestBuy and canceling the two existing boxes in our home. Time Warner has a fine DVR at a much better rate.
