Homeprotect.org Complaint - It is useless to buy homeprotect warranty

I have two bitter experiences with homeprotect.org
1. Our stove broke and I called the customer service to make a claim. We were told to wait for the next 15 days to someone come and fix the stove. That was the most stupid thing I ever have heard, wait for the next 15 days to cook dinner! How can they even think not to cook for 15 days.
2. Next time our hot water heater broke. That time they asked us to wait for 20 days. That is ridiculous. We paid for quick service not for the wait time.

I would suggest everyone not to buy home protect warranty from homeprotect.org. I would have donated that money to some needy people. I feel like I am being cheated.

I could go 15 days without a stove, but I couldn't go 15 minutes without hot water. All of these home warranties seem to be a waste of money.
