Our curise.com sales representative was oh-so-helpful until we paid; then she totally failed to deliver on her promised follow-up or questions we asked after THAT SHE INCOURAGED US TO ASK AND PROMISED TO RESPOND TO ASAP. Given this web's rules, we cannot even warn you of her name; however, it's probably the whole outfit's practice. Of all our cruise experiences, cruise.com is the only failure - we will never book with them again!!
