Schiavo Complaint - Florida Schiavo parents please sue for custody of your daughter.

Review by TXRoadTrip on 2005-03-22
TEXAS -- Florida Schiavo parents please sue for custody of your daughter. The husband does not want to care for her or have her live that way – then sue him for guardianship of your daughter – also the money he won in settlements on behalf of her = sue him for her as trustees so she has money for her care for the rest of her life – that was what part of the settlement payoff was for – so let it benefit the person that was injured Terry Schiavo – not the husband who no longer loves or cares for his wife – but wants a way out. So why won’t he give her parents custody of their own daughter? ANSWER = MONEY!

Everyone has the right to life. Her life would have been better if the husband sought proper physical therapy and rehabilitation for her sooner. To neglect someone like that is a crime.

so go protest outside of a court building or newspaper agency. This is a CONSUMER product website.

Seek "proper PHYSICAL therapy" for someone who is braindead. That sounds like something biz would say. legal's right, lets stay focused. There's a lot of dripping patties out there that need our attention.

Slim - she's not brain-dead.
Posted by Slimjim on 2005-03-22:
Well maybe not, but she is descibed as "heavily brain damaged". I think we can all agree nothing working her leg muscles sooner would have helped.

This shows that everyone should have a living will. I am sure it is tough for the parents to watch their child die but if that is what she requested of her husband that is another thing. But, is the husband telling the truth? It is a bad situation that hopefully none of us will have to go through.

When it comes down to it...it's as simple as this: you don't starve another human being.
You're not even allowed to do that to your cat or dog.

Have we forgotten GOD'S part in this drama? Well over FIVE THOUSAND days ago, GOD called Terry home. If HE wished to rescend this call, abundant time has passed to do so. Tragically, individuals with ASTOUNDING ARROGANCE have sought to override GOD's WILL and substitute THEIR will, EXTRUDE cruelly an otherwise dignified passing. They assert their "compassion" is superior to that of GOD!! But their misguided compassion has shifted from Terry (would they exchange places with her?) to the endlessly agonized parents and family. Please remember that the focus is Terry, not those whose ego's would submit her to an extended purgatory existence, to be the PAWN in this garish political farce just to stroke their distorted ego's!There must be a balance between quantity and quality of life. Now there is NO quality.Time to match GODS mercy and let her go!

God calls people home everyday that doctors turn the situations around and the people are living ordinary lives today. Mad Eye is absolutly right, you do not starve human beings under no circumstance. Scott Peterson would not even be treated that way. This also shows the necessity of a living will.

This is not the place to be posting something as serious as this topic, with some of these clueless people on here giving their opinions

Double ouch! 1. Madeye's right, her life support are feeding tubes. Depriving someone who can't feed themselves food to starve to death is not, in my mind, what removing someone from life support is. 2. I think the parents should have final say over spouse anyday. 3. I can't believe I'm being serious on a biz thread.

Really when are y'all - SLIM - SIFFER going to learn how to read or get involved in anything?
Or even learn what right and wrong is and compassion for others - man or animal. The neurons in the brain can make new connects and she can still learn and come out of this, if given the proper help physical and rehabilitation therapy. People go to jail for starving their animals to death in cruelty cases - this is the same thing - lack of care = cruelty to humans, starving someone to death is punishable by the Judicial system. So if someone starves a baby to death is it wrong? YES! So if someone starves this lady Terri to death is it wrong? YES!

We send food and relief all over the world so people don't starve to death. Somalia, Bosnia, remember those places and others? Remember the tsunami, hurricanes, and other disasters when people needed food and other items, huh and what was the humane thing to do? Help them by sending food, supplies, medical aid and other things. There are times we even send the UN or our military to help. So why not help this poor woman here in the US from having her own husband from starving her to death?

Siffer if you don't like the subject then find another.
Posted by TXRoadTrip on 2005-03-23:
If anyone = man or animal starves to death it is wrong.
Posted by TXRoadTrip on 2005-03-24:
It is a consumer issue. Did you skip school often?
Posted by TXRoadTrip on 2005-03-24:
Sorry Siffer " I only hate the poster, as he is a halfbreed racist liar.... "
I am none of those.
Posted by Slimjim on 2005-03-24:
Liar!
Posted by TXRoadTrip on 2005-03-25:
WOW Slim answered for SIFFER = wonder why? The same person!
Posted by TXRoadTrip on 2005-03-25:
If I am a liar. You say I am then prove it with facts not fiction and your sense or lack of sense of reality.
Posted by Slimjim on 2005-03-25:
Been proven many times biz/tex. On the less than 1% chance you're not biz, who also is a proven liar and multi-nic chugger, then you're his girlfriend/sister in on his trolling game, which gives you no rights to call yourself unique anyway. BTW, those slashes (/) don't mean either/or.
Posted by Slimjim on 2005-03-25:
I don't know why I even said that. You're a solo act all the way. Too much evidence to give even slightest benefit of doubt there are two of you.

Yet another religious wingnut who thinks they have the right to force their opinions upon others. This is a consumer board, not the pulpit for some hack with no medical training who thinks they can order God to perform a miracle.

Go away.
Posted by TXRoadTrip on 2005-03-30:
Who is religious? This is a consumer issue. OK your next – think we will find your state and husband and get him to legally starve you to death. The Pope is eating with a feeding tube. Read a book now and then, seek knoewledge, and stop spewing out what others tell you and how to think.
Posted by TXRoadTrip on 2005-03-30:
How do you know that I have not received any medical training? Assume = makes you an ASS. Now assume more.
Posted by Slimjim on 2005-03-30:
er tex, how do you figure this is a CONSUMER issue? The expression loosly is, if you assume, you make an ass of you and me. Tx = assume - u + me.
