Sears Complaint - Where is my order? - Chainsaw from Sears.com
24 Nov I ordered a chainsaw from Sears.com and the bill was posted to my charge card that day. 27 Nov I get an e-mail stating the saw was shipped. Went to UPS and all they have is that UPS has the paper work. 2 Dec called Sears CS and was informed that is was shipped 1 Dec. UPS still shows only paper work. 4 Dec called Sears CS and they again say it was shipped 1 Dec, but when they check UPS, it shows only paper work received, CS will trace and inform me within 24 to 48 hrs. 6 Dec, called CS and they will trace it, UPS only shows paper work. After each phone call to CS, I followed up with an e-mail to CS, Imran and David V, no response. Sears now states that if in 3 to 5 days this does not come to conclusion, they will credit my charge card. I want the saw as the price is now $50.00 more and IN STOCK.
