Priceline.com Complaint - Dissatisfied - Hotel Reservations
I Have used Priceline for several reservations and, until now, I have been satisfied with the service. I have not felt fooled or deceived in any way. This past weekend I bid on a hotel room at the Sheraton in Carmel Indiana. I was taking my wife and kids there for the weekend to enjoy the city of Indianapolis. As anyone with young children would know, the kids cared about one thing, and that was swimming. got the hotel booked, packed the bags with the usaual, threw in the swimming trunks. got to the hotel, checked in and they gave us a paper stating all the renovations that were being done on the hotel. The most important one to us was the swimming pool. Well, it was closed until the 24 of Dec. Needless to say, my children and I was not pleased. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO US ON PRICELINE. COM. not sure if it was the hotels fault or pricelines fault. just wanted to show my disappointment on this one.
