CALABASAS, CALIFORNIA -- I had purchased Tom Jones tickets for the Masonic in San Francisco for September 26, 2017, which was postponed until May 29, 2018. Eight months of postponement is unreasonable!

This postponement won't work for me due to the follow reasons:

• My husband and I had planned to take my mother in law who is 86. She was well in September but is declining in health due to her age.
• I cannot go in May due to the busy time of my work which doesn't offer flexibility

When I contacted customer service I was told that there are no refunds on tickets if the event is postponed. I did not see this under the terms and agreements of eight pages (see attached) in small fine print. I don't even remember checking the small box in agreement.

I also found out that their license has been suspended in CA... so shouldn't be doing business anyway. What a fraud!

I would not recommend this site. Why would anyone buy a ticket from them for almost double the price than going directly to the venue. By the time they add fees and hidden charges it is the difference of about $18 per ticket. There were nothing listed on the screen until you put in your credit card information and THEN you see the charges.

When I called the women on the phone just kept saying that all sales are final and wouldn't allow me to resolve the issue. I am stopping payment on my credit card and purchasing elsewhere. What a scam… So difficult to work with even though their website states in huge letters 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I would say absolutely 0% satisfaction!

Horrible - Do Not Use Them

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- Do not purchase a thing from this company. Horrible customer service. I purchased tickets by mistake for the wrong date the minute I clicked sent I realized what I did and immediately called. Wasted no time - literally five seconds. Waited and waited for someone to pick up the call. All I simply wanted to do was switch the tickets to the next day but nope they won't let me or even try to work it out on their end with whoever owned the tickets. I will never use them again - Go with more reputable companies like Ace Ticket and StubHub where they believe in customer service. Needless to say this will be in dispute with the credit card company for fraud.

Taken from their website and it is a crock of **. "Ticket Protect Guarantee 100% authentic tickets and valid for entry to your event. You will receive your tickets on time for the event. You will receive a full refund if your event is canceled and not rescheduled. Live customer support tickets agents on call. Our website is 100% secure and fraud free."

Hamilton Tickets

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased what I thought were tickets to see Hamilton in 2019 and when I went to print the receipt for a gift I realized the actual date was for 2018 and the event had already passed. I wondered why I had never received notification to claim my ticket since the date had already passed so I contacted TicketZoom and was given two dates I supposedly was emailed by them. I could find no such emails and explained this to the company. They acknowledged that they could see that the tickets had not been claimed but that they had sent the emails so it was my loss. I disagree and am filing a claim with BBB to try and get some restitution. What a fraud. I will never do business with TicketZoom again and advise everyone I can not to either. I lost $500!

"RIP OFFS"! DON'T USE THEM!

"I am like a lot of other people on here that have used ticketzoom. I was browsing websites trying to find the cheapest price on some Eagles tickets. I came to ticketzoom and tried the same thing, but when I thought I was reviewing my order to see what the final cost was going to be. "BAM" I had purchased the tickets for over $500. I immediately tried going to customer service, which there is none, and could not get the charge taken off. I called the toll free phone number and listened to their recordings and they said they did not give refunds. They should call themselves "Cheap Trick", because that is what I got. Tricked into a purchased with no way to get a refund. I called my bank this morning only to be told that since I gave them my credit/debit card number, there was nothing they could do about it. So "BUYER BEWARE" of this site because they are crooks, rip offs and scammers. I cannot afford to loose over $500."

GEORGIA -- Katt Williams canceled his show, and after wasting money on tickets and an additional 100 on transportation, we were informed that the show was postponed to March 1st. I had tickets for a trip during that time, and could not find anyone to buy my tickets. They absolutely would not budge on the returns. Talking to the sales manager was like talking to a robot without a soul. I get it, there is a written policy statement. But, sometimes the good human side should win over 'well this is our policy'.

CALABASAS, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased two online electronic tickets for $229.10 for Gipsy Kings concert on Aug. 25. Face value of the tickets was $60. Was pulled aside at entry gate and denied entry because Hollywood Bowl said the tickets were fraudulent. Bar code and ticket information was tampered with and incorrect. Spent more than $500 in addition to ticket prices to attend. Called Ticketzoom customer service. They said, "Sorry there is nothing we can do. Sorry for the inconvenience." People standing next to me had the same experience. Hollywood Bowl staff said numerous concert goers had fraudulent tickets from TicketZoom.
