Purchased camera per auction guidelines with "no reserve"
received "you won" emails and other emails telling me to wait for shipping info.
Two weeks passed and I finally called in.
CS explained that my order was cancelled because they tried to contact the seller and the seller did not respond.
HELLO the seller was obviously not happy with the bid that won his inventory.
CS is unable to do anything about it even though I said I was pretty sure I would never come back as I could not trust them to hold up their end.
Apparently the CS reps ear that a lot as it did not phase them one bit.
To me it looks like they are looking for uneducated suckers to overpay for refurbished items and they keep their "sellers" at arms length so they do not accept any blame if they complete a transaction without enough profit.

At uBid we take these kinds of issues seriously. In this case we made several attempts to contact the vendor and unfortunately did not receive a response from them. Instead of holding this gentleman's money and not sending him a product, we cancelled the order and refunded him so that he may purchase the item elsewhere if needed. We explained how sorry we were that we couldn't get any response and even offered him a discount on a future order if he chose to come back which was declined. This company has been put on our review list to see if we want to continue doing business with them in the future.

Most likely the vendor did not respond to ubid becasue UBID id not pay the seller the the revenues from their sales. They did that to us and still refuse to pay us $8,300 from our sales on their website.
Stay clear becuase they will do anything to scam buyers & selelr equally...Pay more on other websites and you'll come ahead
