Complaint - Billed 4x while all 4 orders were CANCELLED

HAMPTON BAYS, NY, NEW YORK -- I ordered a Bunk Bed online, and after the order was confirmed in an email, I got a second email saying there was an error with my payment and to try again. After the 4th try and two complaint emails I got a reply back saying my credit card info was entered incorrectly. This email had a phone # for customer service, as the website does not. When I called they said my credit card had a "financial hold". When I called my credit card co. (Amex) they told me the charge had been put through 4x!! Now I am on hold for 15 minutes to get the charges taken off.

The website itself is not user friendly so STAY AWAY - go anywhere else it is not worth the headache!

Thank goodness it wasn't your debit card. I hope you finally got it straightened out.
