Complaint - Unprofessional and inconsiderate

I ordered a pair of weight-training gloves as a birthday present for my wife, as her old ones were getting worn out. After an online search I chose to order from due to wide selection and competitive prices. After placing order I received a confirmation email, stating that order had been processed, shipment would arrive within 2-3 days, and they would inform me immediately in case of any problem with order. More than 2 weeks later they had not arrived, so I followed the link in message to check on website - the only information there was that the order had been cancelled. I went to their chat service and was told that they had cancelled my order because it had been placed from Nigeria (a country I have never visited) and was thus fraudulent. They said I could still order from them but could not pay by credit card, only by direct wire transfer such as Western Union. It is of course their choice if they don't want my business, but they offered no explanation why they never informed me that the order was cancelled - as promised in first email message - which would have allowed me to order from another company in time for my wife's birthday.

I'd follow this up. Either you have some Malware on your computer, your identity is being stolen, or they are lying to you. You didn't say how they knew your order was from Nigeria, did they?
