Dena Imports Complaint - Refusal to acknowledge return of wrong item & thus no refund.

BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON -- I ordered a charger for my HP laptop. When received it was the wrong. I
received a RMA number & returned the charger promptly on 11-18-10. Despite e-mails & phone calls, no action has been taken on my refund & no
replies despite their promises.

You might want to contact your credit card company, and dispute the charge. What reason are they giving you for the not giving you a refund?

When you say HP will double check, do you mean their records show it was not received?

Do you have tracking information showing they received it? I always do that when sending equipment of any kind to a company.
