Bill Jacob Cadillac in Joliet Complaint - Bad business - Vehicle damage

I too have had a similar problem with a vehicle I purchased...2010 SRX. I have taken the car back several times. This last time I brought it in for service someone placed a dent on my right quarter panel, left a greasy screw driver on my rear seat and the attitude when I became upset over this issue. The customer service representative was rude to no end, the service manager was just as rude and after complaining to the General Manager he became incensed by my complaint. I give this dealership a thumbs down, an overall rating of 0++. I wouldn't purchase another vehicle or send anyone to make a purchase let alone for service. Word of mouth is the greatest tool. I will make it a point to let everyone that I know, from my workplace to my church about my experience at Bill Jacobs. Mr. Jacobs needs to deal with these bunch of unprofessional, uncaring people who represents his dealership
