21st Century Auto Group Complaint - **** DO NOT BUY CAR FROM 21st Century Auto Group **************** - 2008 Mercedes Benz ML350
2008 Mercedes Benz ML350 - Complaint
SPRINGFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- *************BE AWARE OF 21 Century Auto Group ******************
This used car dealer is total scam. Unfortunately I bought my ML350 from them. When I bought this car, it did not have mat, Navigation CD, Manual and there was a broken piece in trunk. Sale Person Joe promise me to provide me Mat, Navigation CD, Manual and fix the broken piece when I was in process of buying car. Once transaction is over, he never picked up his phone. His voicemail was always full. Finally I talked to Manager (John). He promised me to provide me what was promised. When I called back he never came on phone or called me back after leaving message twice. I got a Brake light and check Engine light within two weeks from I bought. Also, two tires had big bumps on tire. Car had only 20K miles and I paid lot of money. *****DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM 21 CENTRURY AUTO GROUP******* Unless you want to throw away your money. I would rather pay more and get from somewhere instead of these guys. I wish I would not have bought car from this company. There customer service is horrible and they do not care once car is sold.

sounds like you got nothing in writing and didn't have the car checked out by a mechanic. It should be a learning experience for you.

As Dan said, it is a learning experience that's for sure. Never take delivery of any vehicle, unless everything you were told would be there, is there. Unless you have the promise in writing, it will always be your word against their's. Unfortunately, they will tell you anything and everything to seal the deal.
