Sony Electronics Inc Complaint - Sony Bravia TV
We purchased a Sony 52" Bravia TV for $1700 one year and two weeks ago. Top of the line top price!
Just two weeks out of manufacture warranty, the LED screen went bad. We contacted Sony and they said we have no legal rights or claim."Way to stand behind your products!" We called in a service man He told us that this was the third Sony Bravia with a bad LCD screen this month that was just out of warranty. When you pay top price you expect Quality and service. Sony provided neither.
My Advice " DO NOT BUY A SONY TV " They have Defective LED screens and do not stand behind their products.
