Clearwire Complaint - Automatic debit perilous, no bills emailed
Automatic debit for billing sucks. First, you have to spend time to login to their site to see your statements (cannot be emailed to you). Second, you have to spend your time to reverse erroneous charges. I've been billed too much and it's already debited, before I have a chance to discuss it with them! They will "look into it". Whatever that means.
