Frontier Communications Complaint - Choices - dial up internet
Frontier is the worst company I have ever come in contact with. They started charging me for using local dial up access numbers for Compuserve and I got a $1000+ phone bill. Numerous calls to the service reps got me no where. I live in West Virginia and thought I had no other choices since Verizon pulled out of the state. I started calling other companies and found that I could switch to AT&T, which I did. So if you also live in WV, don't be held hostage by Frontier, switch to someone else, you do have the choice.
