Xerox- Jordan Complaint - Extreme Bad Service - Xerox- Phaser 7700DN

I have purchased the Xerox phaser from the states and brought it with me to Jordan thinking that such a big name would have proper service, and standard customer service worldwide.

I was wrong.

The Xerox dealer in jordan has no knowledge in the product. Not willing to help me with all the problems I've been having since I bought it years ago. They will not even bother to provide supplies for this printer. I end up buying my supplies when I travel to Dubai.

I have complained many times to management but It seems that they don't care about anything else other than selling. they even tried, 2 years after I bought the printer, to sell me another printer and asked me to get rid of my $7000 printer. They are still trying until today. Amazing.
I need supplies for the printer for the last 2 months, print cartridge to be specific, and I have contacted the dealer many times, and received many promises that they will send me a quotation. but all crap. no answer yet.

I will never buy a Xerox machine anymore, and I will be telling everyone around me about their terrible customer service.
