Hotmoviesale.com Complaint - Company will not honor cancellation requests - HotMovieSale.com

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- I have tried twice to cancel an item from this company. The first request for cancellation was several weeks ago. They told me they would "try" to cancel the order. There is no way to cancel and order on-line.
I received an email today saying that the product is still on back-order. They did not honor my request for cancellation when given sufficient time to do so. I sent a second request to cancel this order. The company is unresponsive to cancellations even after given a significant period of back-order time.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

You might want to go to http://www.myfloridalegal.com/consumers or call either 866-966-7226 (Florida) or 850-414-3300 and let the Florida consumer protection folks know about this. Then let Hotmoviesale know you've filed the complaint.
