AT&T Complaint - AT&T Out of Touch
First: I would like to have the e-mail I prepared to sent to Mr. Stephenson, the CEO and found out that there is no e-mail address in the company listed for contact. From the CEO to the janitor you can only reach them by phone. Following is the e-mail for the CEO:
To: The CEO of AT &T; Mr. Randall Stephenson
This is a disgrace! This is a shame! It has been since November 19th that I am suffering with this AT&T Company to get a connection to the Internet. This company is out of touch. It took us, we the people, back to the dark ages. The Internet connection drops on me every two minuets if it works at all. For this I say the hell with this company and its service.
Today I must charge you for my losses, my frustration and my wasted time trying to deal with the nightmare of connecting to the Internet.
Mr. Randal Stephenson, you are presiding over a dysfunctional company. If you do not know how to provide service in this day and age and if you do not want to hear people telling you how they suffer, by making yourself unreachable, get out of this business of high tech, fast. You do not belong there. What you doing is abusing your customer by this intolerable behavior.
Today I am sending you this bill for $46,000 to compensate for my losses and my wasted time and my frustration dealing with your company for the past 23 days. You have my e-mail address now and you can reach me. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
It is disheartening to see this company going to the dumps from the glorious days of the ‘70s when I was a member of the technical staff at Bell Labs.
Very Angry Customer,
Mary N. Youssef, PhD
Second: I would like to know how a dysfunctional company can charge me for their trash and I cannot charge them for my wasted time? Is this fair? Someone help please.
