Hotmoviesale.com Complaint - This is robbery - DVD
DVD - Complaint
BOCA RATON,, FLORIDA -- I purchase or should I say attempted to order a DVD a year ago from hotmoviesale.com and never got it over a month later so called them to find out what gives and I had to threaten them to get any money back for the DVD...no a year later I noticed that they have been charging my account 20.00 a month as well as their sister company Rebate giant 12.95...I am going to sue them and I have already filed a complaint with BBB Florida...please contact me if I have any others that would like to send letters to BBB!!!! Boycott them! Post on youtube, facebook, twitter not to do business!

They offer 2 prices, the lower price spells out quite clearly that you are joining a club and there is a monthly membership fee. Everyone who has credit cards needs to check their bills every month to catch charges like this to get them stopped as soon as possible. They did not rob you, their terms are spelled out quite clearly. Its not their fault you haven't checked your credit card bill in a year.
