Ashley Furniture Complaint - Bad delivery service
CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture over the weekend with delivery the coming Monday. Around 10 AM on that Monday morning I received a call from a representative who said the bed would be delivered between 12 - 4 PM. I waited around all afternoon for the bed to be delivered. No one came. I tried calling back the number that called me. All I got was elevator music. I tried calling the store. The customer service could not connect me to the delivery department. The customer service rep's response was that other people were having trouble getting connected to the delivery department as well. This is typical bad customer care, when the customer service knows there is a problem with the delivery department, but hasn't solved the problem and doesn't have a way too help the customer with questions about items purchased from there store.
