Wirefly Complaint - Special sale?? special headache!!!
Horrible expirience! I lost my palm pre so I was looking new phone HTC Evo pop up and with an especial price$ 99.00 with an upgrate on Sprint. So I ordered on November 30th. everything went perfect until on December 2nd -2010 I went online to check the status of my order. FeDEx claims they can NOT FIND my address! I call Wiirefly and they said everything was correct, just I need to wait one more day for my order. 13 days passed and my phone haven't arrived. Today I call both FeDex and Wirefly, FeDex said Wirefly put an stop to my order and they want it to be send back to wirelfy, of course I called Wirelfy they said they do not know about that issue. After a 4 hours of being on the phone with Wirefly and spoke with Jessica, Samantha, Hamira and two other women they still could not tell me what went wrong. Instead they kept transfering me to customer service and verification process. They said I have to wait three more day for my phone to arrive, it adds to 16 days now. Then I finally heard a good option, Samira said I could have another phone while they investigate my previous order, I agreed but when she transferred me to processing department they said I need to provide my personal information along with credit card info. I was tired of that BS. FEdex can't find my address, Wirefly didn't know what happened so I cancelled my order... Jennifer the supervisor from Wirefly said it would take up to 23 days to get my refund. I sitll don't know what went wrong!!!! Thanks FeDex and Wirefly for two weeks with out a phone. I should"ve just used my insurance from Sprint and get replacement. Do NOT use WIREFLY!!!
